Hypnosis is so effective because it bypasses the critical part of the mind or conscious mind and allows the participant to access their subconscious. The subconscious mind is where our belief system, emotions and habits live.
When you are hypnotized you are extremely relaxed, like in an almost asleep state, but still aware of your surroundings, and what you are saying, and what you are doing. You may have a conversation with your therapist and remember every word. You are always in complete control and I am just your guide.
Your subconscious mind will be extremely receptive to positive suggestions that enable positive change.

You should expect to have three sessions with your therapist, and you will start to notice changes after the second session. A series of three sessions, lasting one hour each, can be booked and purchased online. All sessions will be held in the comfort of your own home and will be done on Zoom. Please book a time when you have an undisturbed hour (without distractions from family, co-workers or pets) to get comfortable in a place where you can be as relaxed as possible, so that you can get the most out of your sessions.
